You should download the Carnival Hub App as soon as you book your Cruise. It will serve as a countdown leading up to your Cruise. Everything else that you try to do on the App pre-Cruise will re-direct you to the Carnival Website. Once onboard after you Log-In, everything changes! The App is free to Download and use onboard.

Once onboard and logged in, all of the Hub App’s Features will be unlocked.

Chat – You can add the Chat Feature to your app for $5.00 for the length of the Cruise and Communicate via text with anyone else that also has paid for the Chat Feature.

Find out what’s happening – All of the Day’s Events will be available.

Ship’s Maps will be available.

Manage Your Account – You’ll be able to see all of your transactions and balances.

Food and Drink Specials will appear.

Check Your Casino Points – the app will keep a running track of points earned in the casino, and will show you how many points are needed to earn free things like drinks and Specialty Dining.

  • Can Minors Use Chat? For safety reason, parents and guardians must give consent within the app for a guests 12 years and under to activate onboard chat.
  • What Devices Does the App Work On? iOS versions supported: 14.0 and up. Android/Google versions supported: 9.0 and up.
  • Do I Need Internet Access to Use the App? Do I Have to Pay Roaming? No internet purchase is required. The app works in Airplane Mode, which means guests do not incur roaming fees. The app works with the ship’s Wi-Fi.
  • Can I Use My Tablet to Run the Carnival HUB App? Although the app is not optimized for tablets, it will function on both Android and Apple tablets.
