For centuries, Family Feud™ has captivated viewers at home. However, you’ve never had the opportunity to participate aboard a cruise ship. Don’t miss Family Feud™ Live, available on Carnival cruises! We’re hosting games on an authentic Family Feud set, complete with the iconic Face-Off podium and all the thrills of Fast Money. Family Feud Live is hosted by your cruise director, who knows how much enjoyment he can offer to the game. So, if you’re interested, register your group of five for an audition. Don’t worry, I won’t judge you… However, your fellow cruisers will make sure your squad brings the Family Feud spirit to the audition! And, of course, everyone is welcome to take a seat in the audience to witness all the hilarious action!

Everyone has those perfect songs that always get them going. Playlist Productions™ creates personalized playlists. Your favorites become full-fledged musical performances with singers and dancers who bring the house down. Shows differ by ship, but there is a playlist for any music fan. Need some examples? The Punchliner Comedy Club

The Punchliner Comedy Club offers land-based comedy clubs that are quite entertaining. Nobody enjoys paying cover costs, and do you know about the two-drink minimum? They must be joking! The Punchliner Comedy Club™ aboard your Carnival cruise does not offer one of these. Up on stage, you’ll discover some true professionals who know how to inject some humor into anyone’s evening. You can count on these comedians to not hold back. Because some of them get up and speak precisely what’s on their mind, schedule family-friendly shows that are appropriate for all ages… so the only red faces in the audience are from laughing too hard.

IMAX

Comparing the IMAX® experience to “just seeing a movie” is analogous to referring to a Carnival cruise as a “vacation.” It sounds correct… But experienced people know better. That’s why stepping into the IMAX Theatre on a Carnival ship feels more like escaping from reality. On the opposite side of the incredible screen, you’ll find a world of first-run Hollywood blockbusters, current hit films, and IMAX documentaries, all in a massive format that makes traditional cinemas look like your smartphone screen. Ready to view the stars? With Dive-In Movies at Carnival Seaside Theater™, you can relax in front of a large screen and enjoy true stars. The screen is large and attractive, making every seat ideal. However, it’s not just the view that matters; it’s also the breeze and enjoyment of fantastic entertainment together. Deal or No Deal

Do you remember the game show with the briefcases full of money, the giant red button, and the mystery banker calling in deals? You’ve seen it on TV. And now you can find it on your next Carnival trip. When it comes to Deal or No Deal at Sea, there are TWO ways to win—and only one of them is reserved for the lucky participant on stage! It works like this: buy a game card (or buy two or three to save money), and each card you hold gives you another chance to be randomly chosen to enter the stage and play the fan-favorite game of removing briefcases throughout the rounds for a $1,000 prize. Even if you are not chosen, you can still participate in the game by matching your game card and moving up the prize board. (And up to $5,000 is awarded to lucky cards in the crowd!) Of course, players must be 18 or older, but everyone is welcome to watch the action from the studio audience. Deal?

The Mega Deck Party can bring together friendly rivals BlueIguana™ and RedFrog®, so think what it can accomplish for vacationers like you! Your cruise has an 80s Rock-N-Glow Party, so when the sun goes down, things will get bad…but wonderful! The event begins with a Playlist Productions™ concert, followed by themed parties that will make you feel like you’re traveling back in time. Just in case we hit 88 knots, wear your hair large, and we’ll take this adventure to the next level with DJs spinning some righteous tunes from the heyday of music videos, one illin’ 80s dancing contest, and a workshop that will teach you how to bust a move. Atrium

Here is where you come in! The Atrium, which serves as the gateway to both the ship and the vacation itself, is your first impression of all the fun to come. We make certain that this, the center of the ship, screams “welcome aboard the fun!” With multi-level panoramic views, the Atrium is the ideal place to enjoy the rush and bustle. Even if you don’t “know” much about art, you can identify when something appeals to you – who needs a nuanced palette to recognize a beautiful piece? Carnival® abandons snobbish cultural pretensions and transforms art into something that everyone can enjoy through a series of events aimed at returning great art back to where it belongs: the people. Participating in an art-themed battle of the sexes or attending showcases featuring the best of, say, European artists or world-renowned pop artist Peter Max. Experiencing excellent art requires purchasing it.

Because images are an important part of how you and your crew will remember your trip, you can rely on Carnival’s photo professionals to bring your fun side into focus – lighting and background, shutter speed, and aperture knowledge go into every shot they capture. Our professionals are available throughout the ship, from the dining area to the destination. You’ll even find innovative and fun backdrops throughout the ship where you can stop and pose for a short photo!

Military Appreciation Gathering

Carnival has particular ways to honor the service of US and Canadian military men and veterans. Exclusive military cruise deals, undoubtedly, but the biggest compliments come during the voyage: during the Military Appreciation Gathering. Here, we not only recognize their bravery and commitment… However, their families’ needs are as important. We hold this event on every cruise, always on Military Appreciation Day, and everyone is welcome to attend and show their support. However, the longest-serving military member in the room is always recognized and receives a unique hero coin, while all members leave with a commemorative pin. It’s also worth noting that one service member will win a free trip each month, and this is the only opportunity to enter the contest.

Games

Cognitive scientists (fully grown people without bedtimes) agree that play is vital for kid development! We would add that play is crucial for people of all ages, thus onboard games are an integral element of the Carnival® experience for both young and old! Carnival puts the “all” in “fun for all.” (Not to mention the “fun.”)

Art Seminars

In one trip flat, you may go from ‘average vacationer’ to ‘world-traveling art genius’ — Carnival® provides such a diverse range of instructive and illuminating seminars that we should award Art History degrees at the end of each cruise! Although we are not an official university, your trip will include a ‘Art 101’ lecture series to help you get started in this dynamic world. We’ll cover theory and technique as we progress from the earliest cave paintings to the modern artists, with stops at the Renaissance, Baroque, Surrealism, and Pop Art. Gain valuable knowledge for art auctions and cocktail parties.

Video Arcade

If you enjoy playing video games, you’re in luck. Our video arcade offers a wide range of games and is open to gamers of all ages at all hours of the day. Challenge your friends to a game or simply see if you can beat the high score. After all, with the video arcade open 24 hours a day and the entire cruise ahead of you, you’ll have plenty of time to try.

Ocean Plaza

What can you expect from Ocean Plaza on a Carnival cruise ship? The experience was enjoyable and varied. Think of Ocean Plaza as an indoor entertainment venue that hosts live music events, as well as trivia, dance lessons, games, and other activities. And, despite all of this, you’re never far from the sunny, breezy goodness of the big outdoors at sea. Oh, and once nature has finished tanning you for the day, it morphs into an absolutely spectacular night destination. Get your nightlife — and daylife — done at Ocean Plaza.

Library

Most people don’t think of a cruise trip as a terrific time to read, but the bibliophile faithful spread out on deck chairs, enjoying the sun, sea breeze, and a page-turner. Did you forget to bring your book? Has your e-reader’s battery just died? Every Carnival® ship has an onboard library loaded with the good stuff. For the silent sorts, it’s a terrific location to read, but if the roar of the ocean is more your style, the library is a great place to discover a nice read to borrow and enjoy al fresco. Our libraries also provide a great selection of board games for the entire family to enjoy!

Art Auctions

A room full of overly serious old men, many wearing monocles, paying top bucks for precious antique works of art. If “art auction” comes to mind, set your expectations before your Carnival® cruise! Unlike a stuffy auction house, your trip includes a series of auction events meant to transform high art into high entertainment. From the fast-paced “Lightning” action to the low-cost thrills of the “under $500” tournament, there are lots of opportunities to try your hand at winning big and having a good time doing it. Unlike land auctions, we also host entertaining interactive events such as the “Guess the Price” competition. However, our onboard auctions are not entirely devoid of opulence; after all, what is an auction without free-flowing champagne?

Art Games

Onboard art games on your Carnival® ship allow you to immerse yourself in the emotional power of art. Nobody would mistake this vacation for a ‘still life’—these action-packed competitions truly ‘pop,’ offering you a chance to try your hand at ‘impressionism’—showing what you know about the dollars and cents of art valuation. Even though the stakes have been doubled, the game remains free to play and offers an artistic award.

Basketball

You may believe that basketball is all about the hoop and getting the ball in, but you’ve never played aboard a Carnival® ship. It’s all about the journey to the hoop, the vista and the sea wind you breathe in as you drive past defenders to drop the pebble into the bucket. That actually reminds us of a cruise – the destinations may be amazing, but the journey is what matters. (Be aware, however, that on our court, as weird as it may appear, traveling is still deemed a foul.)

Step into the Havana Bar™ and be transported to antebellum Cuba, maintained today via ancient postcards, vintage literature, and classic foods. Enjoy stunning ocean views while trying something authentically Cuban, such as café Cubano (Cuban coffee!) or handcrafted Cuban cocktails (daiquiris, mojitos, and more). And this place does not cool down as the sun goes down, with music and dancing keeping things scorching far into the night.
