Is Faster To The Fun Worth It? (Also known as FTTF). One thing that’s not really fun when Cruising is standing in Lines. With Faster To The Fun, you can do away with a lot of those lines without needing to upgrade to a fancy VIP Suite. Faster to the Fun is a package that you can pay to add on to your Cruise Fare that gives you extra benefits starting with priority Check-In and gives you perks that last throughout the Cruise. Although you won’t be highly prioritized like the ship’s VIFP Club Diamond and Platinum members, or suite guests, you’re paying to be ranked right beneath them. If you are already a Diamond or Platinum Member, or booked a suite, there’s no need to purchase Faster to the Fun.
WHAT ARE THE FASTER TO THE FUN BENEFITS?
1. PRIORITY CHECK-IN
When you arrive to the terminal, look for the Priority Line. You’ll be expedited and on the ship before you know it without waiting in the long lines.
2. STATEROOM ACCESS AND EXPRESS LUGGAGE
If you have FTTF, you’ll have earlier access to your stateroom. Even if your stateroom isn’t ready, you’ll be able to drop off your luggage at the room if you carry on yourself.
3. EXPEDITED CHECKED LUGGAGE DELIVERY
If you have FTTF, your checked luggage will be delivered to your room via an expedited service, so you don’t have to wait as long as other Cruisers.
4. BETTER GUEST SERVICES
With FTTF, you get access to a dedicated phone number with guest services so there’s less of a wait.
5. PRIORITY DINING RESERVATIONS
With FTTF, you’ll have access to Priority Reservations, so it’s more likely that you’ll get to eat where you want, when you want. This perk does not apply to Your Time Dining in the Main Dining Room.
6. PRIORTY TENDER BOARDING
At some ports, you will need to take a Tender Boat to shore. With FTTF, you get priority access to these Water Shuttles.
7. CHOOSE YOUR OWN DEBARKATION TIME
With FTTF, you’ll be able to choose between two debarkation times: early or late.

Is it worth paying a few extra dollars for Faster to the Fun? That depends on your desired cruising experience, as well as your overall travel budget and your schedule before and after the Cruise. If you have plans to do a lot of sightseeing or shopping at the Ports, or just want to get a good spot on the beach, you might appreciate being able to leave the ship first. If you have Excursions booked through Carnival, you will be allowed to leave the ship in time for your Excursion, so FTTF is not needed.
