There are many items and services you can request from your Room Steward/Cruise Cabin Attendant. Not all things are guaranteed, but they will do their best to accommodate you. Remember how hard these people work, and tipping is encouraged at your discretion. Please also remember to be patient, especially on Embarkation Day, as the Stewards are very busy.
1. MATTRESS TOPPER – If you find that your Mattress is to firm, or the crack between the two beds annoys you (two beds pushed together) – a Mattress Topper can help tremendously.
2. EXTRA TOWELS – If you have more than 2 people in your cabin, or you need towels after the gym or for other reasons, you can always request more.
3. BATHROBES – If they aren’t already in your room, you can request some.
4. EXTRA PILLOWS
5. EXTRA HANGERS – there are some in the closets, but you may need more.
6. SMALL FAN – these a limited, so I would suggest bringing your own if you really need one.
7. FLEECE BLANKET – Carnival is known for their very comfortable fleece blankets.
8. EXTENSION CORDS – If you use a C-PAP Machine or just need a cord, you can request one.
9. FURNITURE ARRANGEMENT AND REMOVAL – You can ask your Steward to arrange the furniture for you (moving two beds into one) or they will even remove small furniture for you to give you more room.
10. SHARPS CONTAINER – You can request one if needed for Medical Purposes.
11. SEATS FOR SHOWERS – If needed for Medical Purposes.
12. OPEN BALCONY PARTITIONS – If you are traveling with the people in the next balcony room, you can request they remove the Balcony Partitions.
13. CORKSCREW – You are allowed to bring your own, but if you forget, your steward will bring one for you. This will save you from paying the Corkage Fee if you choose to have it opened for you.
14. FILL YOUR ICE BUCKET DAILY – you can request to have your Ice Bucket Filled daily – we like to have ours filled every evening.
15. WINE GLASSES – if bringing on your own Wine and choose to drink in your room.
