Carnival Players Club – if you plan on gambling even a little bit, make sure to sign up for the Carnival Players Club. Joining is easy, and free. Guests 18 and Older can earn points while playing table games and slots. The more points you earn, the more benefits you can get – like free drinks while you play, and great deals on future cruises. To receive free drinks, you must accumulate 2,000 points (as of Summer, 2024). Points are accumulated by the amount of money you spend per hand/roll/spin and the amount of time you spend playing. Carnival has been removing the Electronic Texas Hold’em Tables from most of their ships, although a few still remain. Carnival will not allow you to organize your own Poker Game if Chips or Money is involved. However, there are ways around it – I’ve heard of people using Sugar Packets as Chips!
